Can’t find entry form for Little Bo Peep. Like the new site. Also the date on the poster for the Fun Triathlon is different to that on the entry form.

Hi there
I did little bo peep last year and thought it was one of the finest triathlons that I have done in my six years of triathlon. My worry is that I might miss entry this year because I can not seem to find a method of entry to the race . I would be greatful if you would advise me on the best way to enter little bo peep.
greatly appreciated
John

I would like to echo the previous comments that were made. I was up early on Paddy’s day trying to find the form. With the speed that traithlons are selling out this year, I am a bit anxious that I’ll miss out.

tim2 on 20 March, 2008 at 1:07 pm #

heard from one of their members that their web site has had a few problems lately and that entry link will be ready soon.ready ! steady ! enter !

Hi guys also cant find the entry for the little bo peep triathlon does anyone know where to find it yet am very concerned I may miss the entry as the races are tending to fill up very quickly.
Regards
Brian

€70 seems a bit steep when most clubs are charging €50. For those of you worried about races filling up please note that Carna on 19th July stil has places available.

Paul on 4 April, 2008 at 12:30 pm #

Agreed that 70 is pretty steep.

Colm on 5 April, 2008 at 11:09 am #

Hi, I posted off the entry form and the €70 fee a week and a half or so ago. There doesnt seem to be any means in way of contacting the club on the site. Just want to know if im in or out. Please contact 086 3542364. Thanks.

I have noticed that the Little Bo Peep has been awarded the Munster Olympic Distance Championhsips. Congrats. I did this race last year and thought it was an excellent race however I think the entry fee of 70 Eur is excessive this year considering most people have to pay for accomadation, transport etc as well.

I’ve tried looking for your e-mail address but could not find it on the web-site, I want to know can you enter the little Bo-Peep triathlon as a team event ? And how do I go about registering my team ?

Please advise,

Bill

Hi,

Is there any way of contacting the club?
Is entry still open?
How is payment made – at registration or to be sent with entry form?
Where are the responses to the queries asked in the discussion forum?

So many questions……..

Cillian on 20 June, 2008 at 8:49 pm #

Is there any-one out there?
I sent payment 5 weeks ago and no response, nothing, zip, nada.
It would be nice to know if I am travelling to kenmare or not

Dave on 23 June, 2008 at 8:42 pm #

Sent in my money for this event about two months ago. Have not received any information back despite repeated efforts to contact the organisers.

Was really looking forward to taking part in this event but the level of organisation appears to be brutal. People travelling to this event have to arrange accomodation etc so not letting them know whether or not the have a place is hard to understand… Why bother advertise an event if you don’t have time etc to organise it !

Hi Little Bo Peep, I posted my form in and course money in a while ago, will be in Kenmare in lycra on the morning of the 27th and I am not a pretty sight, was hoping for other unsightly kerry males/females to be there too as camoflage.

What’s happening? Do we all get a free sheep or was this just a marketing gimmick?

Hi,

Apologies for the delays in responding to everybody who has contacted us via this site and via email. Everything went quiet here due to personal circumstances and we appreciate how frustrating it is for you. To try and answer all of your queries:

- The entry list for 2008 to date has now been published (please see the bottom of the main Little Bo Peep page for details). This will confirm your entry.

- Yes, there are still individual and team places still available.

- We realise the cost has increased however this is not for profit and merely to break even for our small club. The entry numbers for this triathlon are not huge.

Thanks again for contacting us and apologies for the delay in response. Please feel free to contact us via email on info-at-kenmaretri-dot-com or if you check back on the website in the coming weeks full route details and updated entry lists will be posted.
