The details are as follows ,Valentia Island Training day April 11th (Easter Sat) Swim 700m Cycle 20km Run 5k .
Swim Starts at 2pm from Renard .
Accommodation in the Royal Hotel 30.00 per person sharing. Dinner that evening in O Neills Restaurant at the Point Renard at 6pm sharp .
Optional extra cycle to Kenmare Sunday 12th.

Four rooms are now booked for Paul & Ellen,Paul & Ryan ,Rob & Andrea and Chris & Lisa.
The Coast Guard have offered to shadow us on the swim but I’ve had to commit that we start the swim at 2pm as they are using it as a training exercise.Try and be at the pier for 1.30pm.I feel we should put some few bob together for them so any suggestions regarding same are welcome.
Please consider the following and let me know your views.
We all start the swim together and then just go at your own pace,we should then regroup and start the cycle, again at your own pace.
Regroup for the run etc.
Dinner is at 6pm at the Point ,also the reports of the food in our hotel are not bad either so again we can decide on the day.
It looks like me and P Tanner will cycle home on Sunday (70k if we use the ferry) so anyone who’s on for it is more than welcome to join us .
Hopefully some of the locals will join us for some of the training .
Last thing I’m doing the Jack N Jill this Wed at 6 ,leaving the school ,if you want to just turn up.
