Mud Run is heading for Munster for some good clean fun

...so why not get a team to enter or maybe just yourself!

For the first time in Munster, the Mud Run will take place.

Registration is now open at www.mudrun.ie and the fun will take place on Saturday, 19th June at Ballyhoura Mountains, Doneraile, Co Cork .

The 5km forest track takes participants through mud pits, water holes and over a series of obstacles guaranteed to leave everybody dirty, muddy and smiling.

Cost of registration is €30 for individuals, while teams of four can register for €100.

Munster Mud Run is guaranteed to be great fun and the Ballyhouras provide the perfect backdrop for the event. Mud Run is open to everyone from first-timers who want to try something different to those who train hard and want a good laugh.

Novelty prizes for the

• first male
• first female
• dirtiest
• first team to cross the finishing line.

All participants will get a special Munster Mud Run t-shirt.

Participants can also raise some much-needed funds for MS Ireland. Sponsorship cards can be obtained by emailing info@mudrun.ie.

I have attached a poster if you wish to circulate to your members, friends or include on your website. I will post down an A3 poster or two also for your noticeboards and it would be great if you put it up as the day will be mighty fun!
