Swim Training Updated – 03/06

Hi,

Now that the water has warmed and the sun is out we are moving back to Star Sailing for the official swim training. Please note the change of days also. The new swim training is as follows:

Star Sailing WED & FRI @ 6.15

Note I think Arthur and Paudie will continue TUE & THUR from Templenoe however you would need to make contact with them to confirm and for times.

That’s four nights available now so there is no excuse (yes the irony of me writing this isn’t lost on me!).

Malin to Mizen Run

Hi Guys,

Joanne (my wife) and I are looking for help down your end of the world. Jo is planning to run from Malin to Mizen head and we need people to run bits of it with her. We also need witnesses (can be the runner) and support (is our route the right one from your local knowledge). So can you post this on your Clubs e-mail list or website please? Jo’s address is also included in this e-mail.

Thanks

Niall O Crualaoich

Here are the links to Jo’s run and planned Malin to Mizen site.
the blog  (http://malintomizenrun.blogspot.com/)

We have done up a route plan
