Age Categories: 5-7 400m run  300m cycle  200m run

8-10 400m run 700m cycle 400m run

11-13 500m run 1.4km cycle 500m run

14-16 700m run 3km cycle 800m run

What to Bring? Towel, water bottle, helmet, bike with pumped tires.

Course Details: The cycle will be on a track and the run on grass.

Safety: All entrants must wear helmets on the cycle. There will be a

bike check to make sure that bike is safe to ride.
