COACHED SWIM SESSIONS……………..
* Are you new to triathlon and looking to build up the confidence to take on your first triathlon?
* Are you a seasoned triathlete wondering what it might be like getting to transition before the masses?
* Are you a super swimmer looking for a few tips on your technique?
IF SO WE HAVE GREAT NEWS! We are delighted to confirm the addition of a COACHED SWIM SESSION to our weekly training schedule.
Swim training starts Wednesday 4th March. The session will run between 7-8pm at The Kenmare Bay Leisure Centre with coaching from Colm Horgan. Please be in the pool at 6.50pm for warm-up.
The session is FREE to members at the Bay and just €7 / session for non-members
This coaching session will cater for all levels so please come along and make this training session a success.
To all of the members who took part in Saturday’s Wild West 1/2 Marathon Trail Run. It certainly was a wild day up the mountains with challenging conditions to compliment the tough climbs.
